I didn’t start out as a child climber or have the resources to climb full-time. I held up a remote job during my entire climbing journey and ended up with a chronic shoulder problem and had to step back completely from sports when my father had a stroke. I was lost. 

But I went from a debilitating health and mental crisis to climbing 5.14 again.  

 

So what changed? My mindset.

I dove into psychology, mentors, life coaching, sports coaching, physical training for climbing, goal setting, reading all the mental training books available to me, from work to productivity to sports performance.

I invested my whole life
into understanding how to get back to where I was after recovering from years of depression, trauma, my father’s illness, and my own physical hurdles. I was desperate and staying in the same unhappy and poor performance life, was not what I wanted with my life. 

 

The result:

>> Finally understanding how to control my mind and not let my thoughts control me.

>>>Sending more 5.13s in one year than I had in my entire life previous and

>>> My second 5.14 in FOUR YEARS.


Finally being able to see fear as a gateway to my highest self and feeling like I can control getting into flow state, my highest-performance-self at an elevated frequency, and no longer seeing fear as a problem.

FAQS

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SESSION?

Sessions are weekly, live on Zoom, and will be recorded.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COURSE AND 1-1 COACHING?

This course is for specifically improving your mindset around climbing.

1-1 Coaching can cover any aspect of your climbing that you would like to see growth in. 1-1 Coaching is also specialized to you.

HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?

We meet every week at the same time on Zoom on the same day of week for 1 hour. The session is broken up into 15 mins teaching and 45 mins group coaching. You may add 1-1 coaching with the Premium and Maximum options.

WHAT IF I'M NOT CLIMBING VERY MUCH?

What we learn is applicable whether you can apply it right away or not. You will take home the exercises and can use them anytime.

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE COURSE?

The course runs approximately every 8-12 weeks. You may also purchase the Self-Paced program. Sign up for the mailing list or waitlist to be informed about the next Mind Power.
